Our peer support practitioners are autistic or are expert carers of a autistic loved one. Each practitioner gives a unique perspective and first hand experience with current knowledge and meaningful best practice for Autism in the workplace and in everyday life. Our team is very talented at speaking, delivering training with openness, honesty, clarity and humour, resulting in a truly memorable session providing a rich understanding of autism and effective practical strategies.
We believe blending formal learnt knowledge, skills and expertise with live, lived experience, is a powerful combination. This ensure people using our services, gain holistic support and our recommendations and support is not only evidence based informed, but also informed by people that have lived the reality.
Our peer support practitioners are also able to offer formal mentoring and coaching.
